The Oratory of Saint Joseph in Birgu houses the Parish Museum, which brings together religious and secular artefacts spanning centuries of Maltese history.
Highlights include the restored icon of Our Lady of Damascus, dating from the 13th–15th centuries, and the sword and hat of La Valette, offered in thanksgiving after the Great Siege.
