Ġilduża is a collaborative project reviving the lost craft of parchment-making in Malta by transforming animal hides that would otherwise be discarded into locally produced parchment.
The project promotes sustainability, preserves traditional skills, and supports the restoration of historic volumes at the Notarial Archives, while also creating new uses for parchment.
